Uhrzeit Synchronisation in Debian

Um die Uhrzeit auf einem Server/Client immer aktuell zu halten, kann man diese Synchronisieren mit demntp(Network Time Protocol).
Installation:
sudo apt-get install ntp
Nutzung:
huskynar@c&c:~/ ntpq -p

Das gibt die Abweichungen aus.
Was gibt es noch zu erklären? Ich weis es nicht.
Leider komme ich auch nicht ganz klar damit.
